01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "Member", "User") and gk9my ("Platform", "We", "Company"). These Terms govern your use of the gk9my.top website, the gk9my mobile application, and all services provided under the gk9my brand.

Your continued use of the gk9my platform after any amendments to these Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. gk9my recommends that you review the Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

Gk9my reserves the right to decline registration applications or terminate existing accounts without providing a reason if there are concerns regarding an applicant's eligibility. You are responsible for notifying gk9my of any changes to your eligibility status while you remain a member.

03Registration & Account

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) gk9my account at all times. Holding multiple accounts — regardless of how they were registered — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and current information, including your full name, valid Malaysian identity card number or passport, an active Malaysian mobile number, a valid email address, and payment method details. You are responsible for keeping all this information up to date at all times within your gk9my account profile settings.

Gk9my carries out a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to platform security. You may be asked to submit a copy of your identification card or other supporting documents for identity verification purposes, particularly when requesting withdrawals that exceed certain limits or when there is activity that requires further verification.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within your gk9my account. Please ensure your password is strong, not shared with anyone, and changed regularly. gk9my recommends using a password of at least eight characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

04Deposits & Payments

Gk9my accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX online banking including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks.

The terms relating to deposits are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods.
• Daily deposit limit: Dependent on account tier and selected payment method.
• Payment method name: Must match the name registered on the gk9my account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Processing time: Deposits are typically credited within 10–60 seconds after confirmation by the payment provider.
• Deposit fee: gk9my does not charge any processing fees for deposits. Any fees imposed by e-wallet providers or banks are the responsibility of the user.

Gk9my reserves the right to decline or place on hold any deposit that raises concerns regarding identity verification, potential fraud, or money laundering activity. In such cases, gk9my may require additional supporting documents before the deposit is processed.

05Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawal of funds from your gk9my account is subject to the following terms and procedures:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 for all withdrawal methods.
• Identity verification: First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding certain limits require completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawal method: Funds may only be withdrawn via the same payment method used for the deposit, or an alternative method that has been verified by the gk9my team.
• Processing time: Withdrawals to e-wallets are typically completed within 5–15 minutes. Withdrawals to local bank accounts take between 30 minutes and 2 hours during standard business hours.
• Rollover requirement: Bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.

Gk9my reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals that require further review for security or compliance reasons. In such cases, the gk9my team will contact you through your registered channel within 24 business hours to request any necessary information or documents.

06Betting & Gaming

All bets placed on gk9my are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system, except under specific circumstances outlined in the applicable product policy. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all bet details are correct before confirmation.

For Sports Betting — including Malaysia Super League and EPL football, BWF badminton, NBA basketball, and MLBB e-sports — the odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of any subsequent odds changes.

Gk9my reserves the right to void or adjust bets in the following circumstances:

• Significant odds display errors caused by technical issues.
• Events that have been cancelled, suspended, or not completed in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Compelling evidence of fraud or third-party manipulation of an event.
• Bets placed using insider information or information not publicly available at the time the bet was made.

For Live Casino games, slots, and lottery, all outcomes generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system are final. Winnings are automatically credited to your gk9my account balance as soon as the result is confirmed by the system.

07Bonuses & Promotions

Gk9my offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms stated alongside the offer, including eligibility criteria, validity period, deposit limits, and rollover requirements.

General principles applicable to all gk9my bonuses:

• Each member is entitled to receive each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotional terms.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash — they must be used in wagering activities in accordance with the specified rollover requirements.

08gk9my VIP Program

The gk9my VIP Rewards Program has five membership tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Elite. Eligibility for each tier is based on cumulative betting volume within a specified period, not solely on deposit amount.

The VIP benefits promised at each tier are as stated on the current gk9my VIP Rewards page. gk9my reserves the right to modify the VIP benefits structure with a minimum of 30 days' notice to affected members. VIP tier upgrades occur automatically once the relevant requirements are met, while tier downgrades may occur if wagering activity falls below the minimum threshold set for consecutive periods.

09Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gk9my platform and will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity.
• Fraud, cheating, or any activity related to money laundering.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or platform errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the gk9my betting or casino system.
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing gk9my staff or other players on the platform.
• Using funds from unlawful or illegal sources to make deposits into a gk9my account.

10Account Suspension & Termination

Gk9my reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to meet KYC requirements or complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Activity raising suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player through the established procedure.
• Directives from the relevant authorities.

In cases where an account is suspended for reasons other than confirmed fraud or breach of terms, any legitimate remaining balance in the account will be returned to the player via the original payment method within 14 business days after the investigation is concluded.
