About gk9my Sports Betting
Malaysia is a country that truly loves sport. We take pride in badminton achievements on the world stage, we get excited watching local basketball teams play, we stay up past midnight to follow Grand Slam tennis, and we cheer on our swimmers at SUKMA. Yet for years, most online betting platforms have focused almost exclusively on football — leaving fans of other sports with no real options.
Gk9my changes that. The gk9my Sports Betting section covers more than 30 sports selected based on what Malaysian players genuinely follow — including badminton, basketball, tennis, golf, rugby, boxing, MMA, hockey, cricket, e-sports and more. Every sport is backed by deep betting markets, not just a name listed in the menu for show.
What sets gk9my apart from other platforms is the depth of coverage for every sport. Take badminton — it's not just the Malaysia Open or All England in name only. gk9my offers markets for every singles match, men's doubles, women's doubles, and mixed doubles, with odds updated every set. This is the level of coverage Malaysian players genuinely deserve, not just a side feature.

Up to 100:1 All tournamentsPredict the exact match scoreline — for example, 2–1 in badminton or 108–102 in basketball. Higher odds, bigger returns.
Up to 40:1 Badminton · TennisMalaysia has an extraordinary badminton legacy. From the Sidek brothers — Razif Sidek and Jalani Sidek — to Lee Chong Wei, who carried the nation to the top of the world for over a decade, badminton is woven into the very DNA of Malaysian sport. gk9my honours this heritage by offering the most comprehensive badminton coverage of any betting platform in Malaysia today.
For every major BWF tournament — including the Malaysia Open, Indonesia Open, All England, BWF World Championships and the Thomas & Uber Cup — gk9my provides both pre-match and in-play markets across all categories. When Malaysian players like Lee Zii Jia are in action, you can follow the match live while taking advantage of odds that update every set and every point in the deciding set.
E-sports is the fastest-growing sport in Malaysia, particularly among younger fans. gk9my recognises this and has invested seriously in e-sports coverage. Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB), Dota 2, Counter-Strike 2, Valorant and FIFA — all available on gk9my with full betting markets. For Asian-level e-sports tournaments such as the M-Series MLBB and MPL Malaysia, gk9my's coverage is among the earliest and most comprehensive available.
One aspect of e-sports that draws bettors in is the pace of play. Unlike football, which runs for 90 minutes, an MLBB or Dota 2 match can wrap up in just 25–35 minutes. That means more betting opportunities in a shorter window, and gk9my's in-play odds move dynamically in response to map conditions and in-game objective outcomes.

The NBA is the world's most popular basketball league, and Malaysia has a very active NBA fan community. gk9my covers every NBA game from the regular season all the way to the Finals, with in-play markets updated every quarter. What makes NBA betting at gk9my compelling is the game's dynamics — in the final 5 minutes of Q4, odds can shift dramatically, and players who follow the game closely can capitalise on these swings for strategic in-play bets.
Tennis Grand Slams — the Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon and US Open — are among the most heavily bet events on gk9my by betting volume. For every Grand Slam match, gk9my offers set markets, first set winner, set handicap, total games, match winner and a range of other prop markets. For marquee five-set matches, in-play markets become especially active when top seeds find themselves under pressure.
Boxing and MMA bring a different kind of excitement to Sports Betting on gk9my. A boxing match can end in any round, which makes "exact round" and "method of victory" markets particularly attractive in terms of odds. For world-title bouts such as WBC Heavyweight or UFC Championship fights, markets open a full week before fight night, and gk9my consistently offers the most complete pre-fight markets compared to other platforms.
Field hockey holds a special place in Malaysian hearts, especially during the Sultan Azlan Shah Tournament held in Ipoh every year. gk9my provides full coverage of the tournament with markets for group matches, quarter-finals, semi-finals, and the final — including in-play throughout every quarter. Watching Malaysia compete on home soil while tracking live odds on gk9my is an experience that's genuinely hard to put into words.
For golf, gk9my offers tournament winner markets for all major PGA Tour and European Tour events, plus dedicated markets for the Masters at Augusta, The Open Championship, the US Open and the PGA Championship. Golf tournament winner odds open several weeks before play begins, and players who closely follow current form can find excellent value at early prices before the broader market moves.
What gk9my Players Say
"Finally found a platform with truly complete badminton markets. On other platforms, badminton is listed but you only get one or two markets at most. On gk9my, there's in-play per-set, over/under games within a set, first set winner — everything's covered. During All England yesterday, I topped up via TNG in 30 seconds and got my bet in before Zii Jia's match — couldn't be happier."
"gk9my's NBA in-play is seriously impressive — odds update every few seconds, more responsive than any other platform I've tried. During last week's NBA Finals, I placed a Q4 handicap bet when the Lakers were down 8 points in Q3. The Lakers came back and won by 3 — RM340 return from RM80. The cashout function is easy to use on mobile too."
"gk9my's e-sports coverage for MLBB is genuinely one of the best out there. Per-game markets in a bo3, first blood, total kills over/under — it's all there. During the recent MPL Malaysia Season, I followed every MY Team match through this platform. Would love to see more markets added for Valorant, but overall I'm very satisfied."
